About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for configuration
- Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing information, clarify contract intent, and manage downstream dependencies
- Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, duplicate records, complex interpretation questions, and system issues
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the Oscar business model
- Interact daily with internal departments through multiple channels according to assignment needs
- Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
- Form working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways
- Monitor and track the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues
- Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities
- Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production driven environment
- Reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas
- Comply with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
