About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end operational excellence across programs and strategic initiatives
Measure, monitor, and execute processes to reduce operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks
Manage multiple large cross-functional work groups and improve process visibility
Lead, oversee, and coordinate projects, products, and strategic initiatives
Drive program standardization, operationalization, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on efficiency, training resources, and process decisions
Develop, present, and maintain executive reporting materials for senior leadership
Develop subject matter expertise in methodologies, major terms, and operations required for program execution
Identify risks and improvement opportunities for new programs
Organize meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-ups
Perform contracting and operational implementation as assigned
Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience
6+ years of program and project management in the healthcare space
6+ years experience in change management and process improvement and implementation
6+ years of professional experience in provider data or provider network operations within a health insurance company
Experience working within a rapidly scaling organization
Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
