About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct SIU intake, triage, and tip research
Provide rapid root cause analysis and training for escalated issues
Identify operational risks and investigate and resolve issues
Scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions based on partner feedback regarding adverse claim outcomes
Use data analysis tools to produce quantitative insights and translate findings into technical business requirements
Identify systemic improvement opportunities through partner submissions, data mining, and process monitoring
Maintain accurate records according to retention policies
Coordinate projects to meet service level agreements and milestones
Implement cost-reduction, outcome-enhancement, and compliance initiatives
Communicate project progress, status updates, and blockers to stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned
Report to the Director, SIU

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience
2+ years experience in a technical role or a process improvement role (Six Sigma or similar)
2+ years of experience working with large data sets using Excel or a database language
1+ years experience deriving business insights from datasets and solving problems
1+ years experience improving business workflows and processes
1+ years experience collaborating with internal and/or external stakeholders
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
