About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit, serving as the first point of contact for Sr. Managers and Associate Directors
Analyze data to support business teams in making better informed, data-driven decisions
Tell data-driven stories for non-technical colleagues by packaging and presenting findings clearly, concisely and compellingly
Identify needs and define requirements for enhancing operational and analytical dashboards
Create models and tools to identify healthcare inefficiencies and generate insights to remove them
Collaborate across the organization and own stakeholder relationships with managers and senior managers to identify improvement actions and monitor initiative impact
Support strategic projects as assigned
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
2+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process
Strong verbal and written communication skills around business reporting impact and requirements, demonstrated by 5+ examples/projects of presenting analysis to Leadership (Director+)
2+ years experience in SQL, with ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including experience with Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests
1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including VLookup, nested if statements and connected Sheets
1+ years experience in healthcare, finance or the insurance industry
