About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to understand their software development practices and define architectures, tools, and improvement approaches through agentic engineering
- Evolve traditional software engineering best practices to align with emerging agentic engineering standards and protocols
- Design, develop, and evolve Software Factories and other agentic engineering systems
- Translate complex business challenges into pragmatic enterprise solutions
- Facilitate informed technology decision-making
- Review technical designs, develop prototypes, and solve complex technical problems
- Contribute to the evolution of Osedea’s engineering practices through experimentation, tool development, reusable architectures, and knowledge sharing
- Evaluate emerging technologies and adapt approaches accordingly
- Design and guide the implementation of reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise software solutions based on agentic AI architectures
- Define architecture strategies, guide technical decisions, support team members, and establish the foundations required to integrate agentic systems into the enterprise
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
- Proven track record designing complex, distributed, or large-scale systems
- Excellent architectural judgment and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable solutions
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, or deploying agentic engineering solutions
- Understanding of the challenges involved in moving from prototype to production
- Ability to lead technical discussions with senior decision-makers and development teams
- Ability to clearly explain technical trade-offs and inspire confidence
- Self-directed, proactive, and willing to challenge ideas constructively
- Passion for emerging AI technologies
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible terms
- Professional communication skills in French and English
- Experience with agentic architectures, multi-agent systems, orchestration, tool execution, planning, memory management, and context management
- Experience with foundation models, RAG, embeddings, structured outputs, tool calling, context engineering, and A2A, ACP, and MCP protocols
- Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent approaches
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, integration patterns, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security
- Experience designing and deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including their AI services
- Experience with production AI systems, including evaluation, observability, failure recovery, human oversight, reliability, latency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement
