About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver AI-powered software solutions for clients
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products and processes
Implement solutions according to specifications and documentation (SRS, C4)
Define and communicate non-functional requirements and quality objectives
Build ML pipelines and production integrations (APIs, services, data flows)
Coach colleagues on AI implementation patterns and engineering best practices
Take initiative, assume end-to-end ownership of tasks, and manage priorities effectively
Maintain and strengthen standards for code quality, testing, code reviews, and best practices
Stay current with industry developments, test and implement new models, tools, and approaches
Advise clients on technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivery plans
Build robust, production-ready AI features and systems for enterprise clients
Collaborate across roles, coach teammates, and contribute to pragmatic technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ recent years in AI/ML (deep learning, computer vision, NLP, generative AI, predictive analytics, etc.)
Master’s degree or PhD in computer science/software engineering specializing in AI, or equivalent experience
Intermediate or conversational French (minimum)
Python 3
Key Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Data analysis, cleaning, processing, and augmentation
Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
AI services on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
