Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX before their first day of employment
  • Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule; some flexibility may be available
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Level 1: At least 1 year of Medical Insurance experience
  • Level 1: No certification/license/registration required
  • Level 2: At least 3 years of professional billing experience required
  • Level 2: CPB required within 1 year of hire date
  • Foundational knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer rules
  • Experience with follow-up and denials ideal
  • Ability to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards
