  • Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders
  • Run and review standard reports and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must reside and work full-time in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas before the first day of employment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience
  • CHC, CPB, CPMA, or CPC certification within 1 year of hire date
  • Expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows
  • Strong consulting, presentation, and influence skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies
  • Ability to support education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows
  • Ability to analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends
  • Ability to develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses
