Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct customer registration, financial, and credit analyses
  • Support the definition of credit limits and risk assessments
  • Monitor the customer portfolio, aging, and delinquency indicators
  • Carry out and record preventive and active collection activities
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of data in systems and reports
  • Support the development of KPIs, dashboards, and financial analyses
  • Contribute to improving processes, automation, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers, ensuring compliance with policies, governance, and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and priority-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with data and analytical tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in developing knowledge of credit, collections, finance, and risk management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or finance is a plus
