About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver offensive security engagements, including penetration testing and advanced red team engagements
- Leverage frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and TIBER-EU/DORA
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities across diverse environments and technologies
- Support complex security assessments requiring creative and non-standard approaches
- Collaborate with team members on challenging scenarios
- Contribute to knowledge sharing
- Continuously improve tools, methodologies, and overall offensive security capabilities
- Work across cloud platforms, applications, and emerging areas such as AI-driven systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming and/or penetration testing
- Strong technical background and practical understanding of how attackers operate in real-world scenarios
- Comfortable working across different domains and adapting approaches based on targets and objectives
- Strong understanding of modern attack techniques and methodologies
- Experience with cloud environments and modern applications
- Ability to identify and chain vulnerabilities into meaningful attack scenarios
- Scripting or programming experience
- Curious mindset and passion for security
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English
- Ideally, experience or interest in AI/LLM security
- Ideally, experience in mobile application testing
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or equivalent advanced offensive security certifications are advantageous
- Ideally, programming in Python, C, C++, or C#
