About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and manage detailed customer quotes and orders in CORE Business Solutions
Ensure model numbers, prefixes, suffixes, and quantities match project specifications
Process SIF files and bills of materials from CET/Configura or compatible design software into the ERP
Audit pricing, dealer net costs, discounts, and freight surcharges
Maintain accurate margins and eliminate costly order errors
Support the complete order lifecycle from quote revisions through final client approval
Prepare complex, multi-floor product orders for manufacturer purchasing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Detail-oriented with strong data integrity awareness
Comfortable working with large volumes of structured data, complex pricing structures, and spreadsheet-style interfaces
Able to work self-sufficiently with minimal hand-holding
Strong industry and ERP intuition for multi-page order workflows
Experience with CORE Business Solutions, CET/Configura, CAP 2020, ProjectSpec, or similar commercial furniture order-entry and ERP systems
Reliable computer
High-speed internet
