About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently design, develop, test, document, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
Translate business and operational requirements into technical workflow designs with limited supervision
Build automations using standards for queue-based processing, logging and auditability, exception handling, retry logic, credential and asset management, scheduling and trigger configuration, and secure data handling and storage
Monitor production automation job performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement long-term fixes
Enhance and optimize existing automations for performance, maintainability, and stability
Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and release readiness activities
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support notes
Collaborate with business users during testing/UAT and production deployment
Contribute reusable components, templates, and development standards within the UiPath environment
Follow organizational and regulatory privacy, security, and compliance requirements
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements
Mentor junior developers

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of hands-on experience in RPA/automation development
Strong experience with UiPath Studio in a production environment
Working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, including jobs, assets, queues, triggers, and releases
Proficiency in workflow design, selectors, variables, arguments, debugging, and structured exception handling
Experience building and supporting automations with logging, retry logic, and error recovery
Experience documenting technical solutions and supporting production processes
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and online work
HIPAA-compliant work environment with a secure workspace
No use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN
UiPath developer certification preferred
Experience with REFramework or a similar transactional automation framework in UiPath preferred
Experience with API, AI, and/or Agentic workflows within UiPath preferred
Experience with IXP and document understanding concepts in UiPath preferred
Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle workflows and terminology preferred
Basic SQL/query experience preferred
Experience with source control and release/change management processes preferred
