Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the executive team supporting key business priorities and initiatives
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes
Facilitate alignment across leadership and key internal and external partners
Identify emerging risks, issues, and dependencies and provide analyses, recommendations, and updates
Prepare analyses, updates, recommendations, and materials supporting leadership discussions and decision-making
Lead complex projects for new and existing clients, including project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and accountabilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams from sales through implementation, stabilization, and transition to ongoing account management
Lead client network status meetings, progress updates, issue resolution, and escalation of significant implementation risks
Identify opportunities to improve services, tools, workflows, and handoffs
Develop scalable practices that improve current and future offerings
Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts using implementation and performance data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, supply chain, consulting, client implementation, project management, or related field
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or client implementations
Experience working with hospital or health system leaders
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Excellent project and program management skills
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and drive accountability across functions without direct authority
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
