About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects from initial concept through production-ready applications
  • Choose and evaluate the best technology stack and tools for each project
  • Build front-end and back-end solutions primarily with TypeScript, React, Node, and Tailwind
  • Integrate AI solutions using LangChain, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI
  • Set up analytics and event tracking using tools such as Mixpanel and PostHog
  • Validate technologies through practical, real-world testing
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, and users to build useful products
  • Communicate directly with clients, ask insightful questions, and clarify goals
  • Shape the technology and develop practical AI products for enterprise clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node, TypeScript)
  • Experience taking the technical lead on at least one major project
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of turning ideas into working products
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently
  • Great communication skills and collaborative spirit
  • Passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies
  • Previous experience or side projects involving AI is a big bonus
  • Experience with TypeScript, React, Node, Tailwind CSS, Next.JS, Vite, React Router, LangChain, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, Mixpanel, PostHog, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Vercel, and Google Cloud
