About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome patients and help the clinic run efficiently
- Serve in the full-time Float Pool
- Travel to Overlake Medical Center clinics and locations, including downtown Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond, and the senior health center in Bellevue
- Provide patient service support in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required
- Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred
- Ability to travel to all Overlake Medical Center clinics and locations
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday clinic hours
- 8-hour day shift
