About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy vision inspection systems onto customer production lines
- Perform on-site installation, debugging, and maintenance of vision systems at customer factories
- Adjust cameras, lenses, and lighting and capture images
- Tune inspection performance to production-ready levels
- Support AI model data collection and optimization
- Complete system deployment following standard processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve vision, networking, and automation issues
- Escalate issues promptly when needed
- Train customer operations and quality staff on daily use and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain thorough on-site records
- Organize project configurations and know-how into reusable references
- Progress toward independently owning on-site projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree (大专) or above in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics & Automation, or a related field
- Some understanding of machine vision or automation (basic to intermediate)
- Strong hands-on ability
- Willingness to be based at factory sites and travel as needed
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment
- Strong ability to learn and proactively work through problems
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization
- Clear communication with customers and colleagues
- Mandarin is the working language
- Willingness to gradually learn and improve English
- Experience with industrial cameras, lighting, or lens setup is a plus
- Exposure to PLCs, sensors, and industrial networking is a plus
- Production-line experience in electronics, automotive, connectors, batteries, or packaging is a plus
- Ability to read English technical documentation and hold a basic conversation is a plus
