About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build LLM-powered tools, including AI copilots, expert assistants, synthetic training-data generation, and agent-style flow builders
Own web tools end-to-end, from React/TypeScript frontends to Python backends and APIs
Build customer-facing products and internal utilities such as optics calculators, recipe analysis, and log/telemetry tooling
Rapidly prototype new tools, release them to users, and iterate based on real usage
Connect tools to the edge-AI stack, including camera fleets, inference outputs, recipes, and firmware
Ensure performance, reliability, and user experience quality across customer and internal tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years building full-stack web applications
Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end at a Senior or Staff level
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
Strong proficiency in Python for backend services, APIs, and data/tooling work
Experience building LLM-powered / GenAI product features, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent workflows, or strong passion and demonstrated aptitude for it
Product mindset and ability to drive tools from idea to shipped without a detailed specification
Professional experience with, or strong passion for, using AI agent tools to architect solutions and solve difficult problems efficiently
Nice to have: RAG infrastructure, vector databases, or agent-orchestration frameworks
Nice to have: Node-based / flow-builder UIs, data visualization, or design systems
Nice to have: Familiarity with computer vision, manufacturing, or industrial automation
Nice to have: Docker and cloud deployment experience
