Produce accurate cost estimates from pre-construction through completion
Support project success across schools, hospitals, and federal/public sector projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field (Required)
5–10 years of professional construction estimating experience for a cost consulting firm, construction management firm, or general contractor (Required)
Proven track record working on schools (K-12/higher ed), healthcare facilities, federal government and public sector buildings (Preferred)
Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) (Preferred)
Certified Cost Professional (CCP) (Preferred)
Strong expertise with industry-standard estimation software, including Bluebeam Revu or similar tools
Must be able to report to the Anaheim, CA office and local job sites 2–3 days per week
