About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Provide accurate earned value and schedule updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field (Required)
  • 5–10 years of professional construction management, estimating, and scheduling experience (Required)
  • Proven track record working on schools (K-12/higher ed), healthcare facilities, federal government and public sector buildings (Preferred)
  • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) (Preferred)
  • Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) (Preferred)
  • Strong expertise with industry estimation and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, RSMeans, Procore, or similar tools
  • Must be able to report to the Anaheim, CA office and local job sites 2–3 days per week
