About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and manage the successful implementation of conferences, webinars, round tables, high-profile demo days, and filming
  • Work in the field with the Customer team to ensure smooth event execution
  • Travel around the US to support approximately 20 conferences or events per year
  • Help manage the events budget and manage suppliers
  • Troubleshoot event issues including stand setup and teardown, Wi-Fi problems, and banner breakdowns
  • Organize IRL and virtual events for OMS and ensure successful execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US-based individual
  • 4+ years of events experience, including all logistics and stand set-up, tear-down, etc. for US conferences
  • Demonstrable experience in healthcare industry
  • Strong project management & logistics skills
  • Great communicator and a willing collaborator with others
  • Willingness to travel often
  • Self-drive
  • Organized and driven
  • Proven experience in events coordination
  • Experience managing budgets and suppliers
