About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain project plans and delivery trackers across OQC’s product portfolio, keeping activity aligned with agreed milestones
- Track risks and dependencies, providing teams and leaders with a clear view of progress
- Turn discussions into concise meeting notes, decision logs and actions with named owners and deadlines
- Collate project documentation, technical inputs and customer-facing materials to support coordinated delivery
- Connect product, engineering, commercial and leadership teams, keeping projects synchronised and relevant information visible
- Follow up on decisions and commitments, ensuring agreed actions translate into progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- Early-career, associate-level opportunity suited to a technical graduate or someone with initial consulting experience
- Confidence working across product, engineering and commercial teams
- Comfort working with technical material without needing to be a deep technical specialist
- Strong organisational skills and ability to turn loosely structured discussions into clear notes, actions, owners and deadlines
- Confidence and persistence when following up with senior stakeholders to secure decisions, commitments and completed actions
- A degree, or equivalent practical experience, in product management, engineering, business or a related discipline
