About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit screen recordings, product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos
- Remove dead space, loading screens, recording errors, and unnecessary content
- Ensure smooth pacing, professional transitions, and overall video flow
- Maintain consistent visual quality across projects
- Highlight important UI elements using zooms, callouts, arrows, shapes, and animations
- Create and manage lower-thirds, captions, text overlays, and branded visual elements
- Apply motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
- Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, and branding standards
- Blur usernames, email addresses, personal information, and internal system details using masking, motion tracking, and Gaussian blur
- Generate and integrate AI voiceovers when required
- Synchronize narration with visual content
- Incorporate licensed background music and sound effects
- Maintain balanced audio levels and professional sound quality
- Generate AI-based video assets when stock footage is unavailable
- Write prompts for AI video generation platforms
- Integrate AI-generated footage with existing content
- Perform trimming, color correction, and visual matching
- Organize project files, raw assets, exports, and working files
- Maintain folder structures and version control
- Upload final deliverables to designated SharePoint locations
- Track and reuse assets from previous projects

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience using OBS Studio for screen recording
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings
- Knowledge of motion graphics, masking, tracking, and visual effects
- Professional experience editing product demos, tutorials, or digital content
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing
- Experience creating zooms, highlights, and callouts
- Ability to create clean, polished, and engaging video experiences
- Voiceover synchronization
- Background music integration
- Audio balancing and cleanup
- Understanding of audio mixing fundamentals
- Experience using AI content creation tools
- Familiarity with AI video generation platforms
- Ability to leverage AI technologies to improve production efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Media Production, Animation, Mass Communication, Visual Design, or related field (preferred)
- 2-5+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product demo videos, technical tutorials, corporate videos, motion graphics projects, and screen-recorded walkthroughs
- Experience creating videos for technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise software products (preferred)
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, Azure, Fabric, Copilot, or similar technical products (preferred)
- Familiarity with Getty Images, stock media licensing, and digital asset management (preferred)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (preferred)
- Experience creating thumbnails, banners, and promotional creative assets (preferred)
- Adobe Creative Cloud certifications (bonus)
- Motion design expertise (bonus)
- AI-powered content creation experience (bonus)
- Experience creating training, marketing, and product demonstration videos (bonus)
- Knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365 (bonus)
