Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure stable, secure, and high-performance IT operations
Manage and further develop infrastructure, servers, and networks
Analyze incidents, identify sustainable solutions, and prevent recurring issues
Proactively monitor systems and implement improvement measures
Support colleagues in second-level support
Accurately document processes and configurations
Independently carry out smaller IT projects
Advise customers on technical matters and propose smart solutions
Work closely with internal and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in IT (EFZ), a Federal Diploma of Professional Education and Training (FA), or a Higher Professional Education diploma (HF)
At least 2 years of professional experience in IT systems administration
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server and Client, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure)
Experience with hybrid IT environments combining on-premises and Azure solutions
Excellent German language skills (C1 level)
Professional working proficiency in English
Solution-oriented and structured approach to work
Strong communication skills, including in high-pressure situations
Customer-focused and reliable
