About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Capture customers’ business requirements in workshops
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Guide and support customers throughout the entire solution-finding process
- Assume overall technical responsibility for the software solution design
- Support the integration of data flows and interfaces between systems
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders on current results

Requirements
What you’ll need- Abgeschlossene Aus-/Weiterbildung in der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (HF, FH, Uni oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering im Softwareentwicklungsumfeld
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse
- Weiterbildungen und/oder Zertifizierungen im Requirements Engineering von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Modellieren relationaler Datenmodelle von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1) zwingend
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gespür für die Bedürfnisse von Gesprächspartner:innen und Freude am Beziehungsaufbau
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Blick fürs Detail
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Qualitätsansprüche
- Sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Motivation, die Digitalisierung der Behörden mitzugestalten
