About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support organizations, teams, and individuals on behavioral psychology and sustainable change

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level French proficiency (C2)
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Master’s degree in psychology, ideally with a specialization in occupational and organizational psychology or business psychology, or currently pursuing such a degree
  • Experience in consulting, organizational development, team and people development, coaching, or adult education
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to handle complex and sensitive topics with confidence and tact
  • Initiative, a structured approach to work, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Interest in business development and sales
  • High willingness to travel, two to three days per week
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Empathy, credibility, and persuasive ability
  • Proactivity, independence, resilience, and a strong team spirit
