About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support projects from requirements gathering and process modeling through to implementation for public-sector clients
- Work closely with business units, project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders
- Analyze, elicit, and document business and technical requirements
- Design efficient, transparent, and sustainable processes
- Support the ongoing development of existing systems and processes
- Facilitate coordination meetings and workshops with a range of stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for optimization and develop pragmatic solutions
- Work at the intersection of organization, processes, and technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced qualification in business administration, business information systems, or a related field
- Substantial professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or in regulated organizations
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Certifications such as IREB or HERMES, or further training in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis, are a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of UML and practical experience with relevant tools
- Confident and proficient use of Jira and Confluence
- Strong interest in IT and the digitalization of business processes
- Solid experience creating user stories and defining interfaces
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Team-oriented, with a strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong analytical and structured approach
- Quick learner with an independent working style
