Key responsibilities & impact

Develop data, BI, and reporting solutions from conception through implementation
Structure data using SQL and MS SQL Server as the foundation for analysis and reporting
Develop reports and dashboards with Power BI
Define relevant KPIs together with the business departments
Digitize and automate processes using Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform
Connect systems and data sources and further develop data integrations
Identify meaningful AI use cases
Develop practical use cases with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, and Microsoft Visual Studio
Support knowledge transfer and training
Explore new tools and integration options and evaluate their potential value
Integrate, transform, and cleanse data
Ensure transparent and traceable data quality rules
Support solutions through testing and acceptance processes
Provide support with functional questions and troubleshooting
Work closely with business departments, IT, and external specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or further education in business information systems, computer science, data engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
Practical experience with data, BI, and digital solutions
Strong command of SQL, MS SQL Server, and Power BI
Experience with Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform
Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and various data sources
Experience with KPIs, data models, reporting, and data quality
Practical experience with AI and AI tools
Active engagement with generative AI
Knowledge of n8n, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Visual Studio
Technical curiosity and an interest in data challenges, automation, and new AI tools
Analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality
Independent working style, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and share knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, controlling systems, and business performance metrics is a plus
