About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to the Consumer Markets Division sales team
  • Assist advisors by supporting Wholesaling Teams
  • Make outbound prospecting, cross-selling, campaign, and appointment calls to advisors
  • Support the department interns
  • Shadow Internal Wholesalers to understand successful product sales
  • Collaborate with Internal Wholesaling Management, Regional Internal Wholesalers, and External Wholesalers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be willing and able to obtain FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam (SIE), Series 6/7, and Series 63 License within 90 days of starting the position
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships over the phone
  • Ability to prospect for leads and follow up on them
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interest in annuity and mutual funds strongly preferred
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Salesforce
  • Onsite in Omaha, NE four days per week
