About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze traditional business processes and Pacific Life technology-stack capabilities to identify simple, innovative solutions
- Develop and implement scalable business processes for a projected $1 billion business
- Advocate for business needs and understand technology and process decisions
- Monitor digital technologies and trends and recommend implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems and processes
- Develop and implement testing plans for new processes and tools
- Monitor and measure digital transformation initiatives and adjust as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet their needs
- Participate in planning and work with Architects on enabler-related work
- Partner with business and technology leaders to understand problems, objectives, and solutions
- Translate Workforce Benefits Division strategy into action
- Report to the Agile Product Manager for the Workforce Benefits Division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Workforce benefits experience is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in support and analysis roles
- Strong desire to participate in building Agile Product Management within a start-up or growth business within a large organization
- Demonstrated ability to support third-party implementations and testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management and implementation of digital solutions
- Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and process mapping
- Experience partnering with business leaders to align product vision and roadmap to business capabilities
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation
