About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all stages of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference coordination, and offer coordination
- Ensure timely and effective hiring across all departments and levels in collaboration with hiring managers
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Identify and leverage effective recruiting channels, including local, national, and specialized platforms
- Maintain relationships with prospective candidates and support ongoing workforce planning efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate qualifications, and recruitment priorities
- Provide guidance and support on interview practices, candidate evaluation, and consistent selection processes
- Develop and maintain interview guides, evaluation tools, and recruitment resources
- Complete responsibilities through a combination of on-site and home-based work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, IOS, and Google Suite
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, education, or mission-driven organizations (preferred)
- Familiarity with recruiting in geographically unique or talent-constrained markets (preferred)
- Understanding of trauma-informed environments or residential care settings (preferred)
- Relationship-building and candidate engagement
- Sound judgment in assessing both skill and cultural alignment
- Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing strategies
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Strong alignment with Pacific Quest’s mission and values
- Ability to work on-site as needed
