About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Host customers in Paddy Power retail shops and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Engage warmly with visitors and create a friendly atmosphere
- Promote online and retail products and services
- Build effective customer relationships and exceed customer expectations
- Cross-sell retail and online products and services
- Communicate answers to customer queries and inform customers about promotions
- Assist customers to place bets through betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
- Maintain excellent shop presentation standards
- Guide shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager
- Fulfil social responsibility duties in accordance with established guidelines and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proactive and motivated individual passionate about achieving results
- Ability to meet shop goals and targets
- Full training provided; previous betting industry experience is not required
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to adapt to different situations
- Ability to adhere to social responsibility guidelines and regulations
- Ability to work part time
