About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize, update, and structure functional documentation for products.
- Support Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Technology teams in consolidating relevant product information.
- Document requirements, business rules, workflows, and processes, ensuring clarity, standardization, and easy access to information.
- Keep knowledge repositories up to date and organized.
- Identify opportunities to improve knowledge management and documentation quality.
- Develop reference materials for different internal audiences.
- Facilitate the dissemination and sharing of knowledge between Business and Technology teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communications, Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with product, process, or project documentation.
- Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, or similar tools.
- Experience working in Technology, Digital Products, or Digital Transformation environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
