About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the evolution of the Reconciliation product, ensuring that deliveries generate value for customers and the business
Translate the needs of customers, stakeholders, and partner teams into clear requirements for the development team
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment
Lead product discovery by identifying opportunities, user pain points, and journey improvements
Define functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and user journeys
Track product, adoption, usage, conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support
Support roadmap planning and ensure execution of prioritized initiatives
Ensure deliveries are aligned with requirements and track post-launch results
Map financial processes related to sales reconciliation, settlement, receivables, fees, and financial transactions
Support the evolution of the financial reconciliation engine and new functionalities
Identify and propose improvements to increase financial transparency, automation, and operational efficiency
Prepare executive materials and presentations to track product evolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field
Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs
Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Experience managing stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Technology, Data, and business teams
Experience with testing, experimentation, continuous improvement, and conversion funnel optimization
Experience with financial products, fintechs, or payment methods is preferred
Knowledge of financial reconciliation and receivables management is preferred
Knowledge of acquiring flows, such as chargebacks, cancellations, and receivables advances, is preferred
Knowledge of API integrations and EDI file layouts is preferred
Knowledge of analytics, visualization, and results measurement tools such as Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is preferred
