About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use Analytics, Automation, and Generative AI to transform manual processes into intelligent solutions, reducing operational effort and making financial analyses more agile, efficient, and strategic.
Automate the generation, validation, and distribution of financial reports and performance indicators.
Develop analytical solutions in Power BI focused on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Apply Generative AI to accelerate analyses, generate automated insights, and increase business-area productivity.
Develop assistants, AI agents, and intelligent solutions for querying and interpreting performance indicators.
Identify and eliminate manual activities through process automation and tool integration.
Translate the needs of finance teams into high-value analytical solutions.
Act as a strategic partner to Treasury, Financial Reconciliation, Financial Planning, Controllership, and other business areas.
Promote faster, more accurate, data-driven analyses to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to apply AI with measurable impact on operational efficiency and business value creation.
Work closely with business users and multidisciplinary data teams, including engineering and product teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics and Big Data, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience working in finance, preferably in treasury, financial reconciliation, financial planning, accounting, analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or related areas.
Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions.
Experience working closely with business users and multidisciplinary data teams, including engineering and product teams.
Advanced Power BI.
DAX/M language (Power BI).
Power Query.
Advanced SQL.
Database querying (Redshift, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Python for automation.
Power Automate.
API integration.
Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to the corporate environment.
Prompt Engineering.
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar tools.
Preferred qualifications: experience building enterprise AI agents; knowledge of Copilot Studio; knowledge of Microsoft Fabric; experience in fintech, merchant acquiring, payment services, or financial institutions; knowledge of Treasury, Financial Reconciliation, Financial Planning, Controllership, or Accounting processes.
