About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, structure, and prioritize the backlog for the products under your responsibility.
  • Lead discovery initiatives, identifying problems, hypotheses, opportunities, and business impact.
  • Lead the definition of functional requirements and acceptance criteria with partner teams.
  • Work with Engineering throughout the development lifecycle, aligning business needs with technical implementation.
  • Participate in Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, and Daily ceremonies as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing and commercial negotiation systems.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support product decisions.
  • Define and track success metrics for products and delivered features.
  • Monitor business indicators, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses of operational, system, or process-related issues.
  • Support teams in maintaining products, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholders by aligning expectations and communicating results, risks, and the roadmap.
  • Ensure integration and alignment across the area's products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Commercial Strategy, Operations, Channels, Pricing, Data Analytics, Technology, and Finance teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Product Manager.
  • Experience working in agile environments and with digital products.
  • Experience with discovery and delivery processes.
  • Experience building and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Experience defining and tracking product metrics.
  • Experience integrating business and technology teams.
  • Technical knowledge of SQL, data manipulation and analysis, process modeling, and the development of metrics and indicators.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Flight Levels, Lean Product, and Product Discovery.
