About the role

- Translate business requirements into architectures and systems.
- Analyze, document, code, conduct code reviews, debug, test, and deliver applications.
- Monitor the environment and create proactive measures to ensure platform health.
- Collaborate with related teams and departments.
- Contribute to improvements in engineering processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of AI in the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience with the Spring framework (Boot, Data, Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with Git, Gradle/Maven, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and/or MySQL.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Knowledge of communication using message brokers such as RabbitMQ, JMS, and Kafka.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and practices, such as New Relic, Grafana, and ELK.
- Knowledge of test automation.
- Nice to have: knowledge of SOLID principles, the Twelve-Factor methodology, and Domain-Driven Design; agile methodologies; Docker and Kubernetes; NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB; Node.js and/or Python; AWS and Terraform.
