About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and create accessible designs for web applications aligned with company goals and user needs
Create flow diagrams, user personas, and experience maps
Build interactive wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Lead usability testing sessions and refine designs based on feedback
Apply visual design principles to craft appealing interfaces
Enhance the UI library and design system
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and organizational alignment
Improve workflows, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency and scalability
Contribute to the user experience of Pagefreezer's SaaS platform for enterprise and government users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Brazil
Willing to join as an independent contractor (PJ)
3+ years in Product Design, UI, or UX roles
Ideally experience in a B2B SaaS company
Proficient with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and other UX tools
Experience creating interactive wireframes
Experience leading user testing of prototypes
Familiarity with software development concepts and technologies such as HTML and CSS
Deep commitment to accessibility (a11y) and inclusive design principles
Strong initiative, ownership, and accountability
Exceptional critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proactive interest in emerging AI technologies
Ability to integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows
