Turn raw material behind Pairs into finished content every week: articles, posts, newsletters and video
Create articles for the site, posts in founders' voices and from the company on LinkedIn and X, weekly newsletters, and short clips from the interview library
Run and maintain the content calendar, deciding what gets made from each piece of material
Write and edit content to a publishable standard and deliver it on time
Work alongside the brand and design team on the look of each asset
Manage the interview library, turning founder and investor interviews into clips, quotes and stories
Own output and results, maintaining a steady weekly cadence and tracking what founders and investors engage with
Report directly to the two co-founders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have run content for a named brand or publication on a weekly cadence, and can show the work and the results
Write to a high standard in a restrained register, and can take a transcript to a finished article quickly
Edit short-form video yourself, or can show clips you cut from longer recordings
See the story in raw material that others would skip
Work well with a designer or brand lead, and take direction on look and voice without losing pace
Use AI tools daily, with clear judgement about where they improve your work and where they would compromise its quality
Familiarity with the founder and venture capital world is a strong advantage, but not a requirement
