Requirements

What you’ll need

Have an active network of founders you can bring to the table yourself, and direct investor relationships you built personally
Have brought at least one company or investor into a private round, and can walk us through how it happened
Understand what makes a company worth an investor's time: stage, traction, round structure, and the reasons investors pass
Treat discretion as second nature
Use AI tools daily, with clear judgement about where they improve your work and where they would compromise its quality
Companies brought to Pairs should be raising Series A or later
