About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Steer contracts through internal systems and coordinate input from teams across Palantir for expertise, review, and negotiation
  • Draft, process, format, clean up, file, and execute agreements
  • Pilot completion of customer onboarding forms
  • Ensure alignment on deals and forecasting expectations across legal, finance, deal, and sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records, report project metrics, and track contractual terms
  • Manage business-specific strategic projects supporting effective growth and scalable deal execution across the legal team
  • Support Palantir lawyers and contracting specialists in collaboration with sales teams and executives throughout the customer contracting lifecycle
  • Develop expertise in a specific customer vertical and own specialized scaling projects and critical business-unit initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of previous legal and/or contract administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tooling
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Ability to pivot quickly, anticipate needs, and execute autonomously with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication, strong writing, and customer service skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to identify business process inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Willingness and ability to work outside standard business hours as needed
  • Initially 4 days per week in-office, reducible to 2–3 days longer term
