About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leverage data in operational and real-world contexts
Work with Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against challenging problems
Synthesize disconnected information into a cohesive understanding of the key problem, data meaning, product needs, user motivations, and potential impact
Immerse in customers’ intricate workflows and partner with customer teams
Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines
Build bespoke workflows for new user groups
Lead training sessions and promote broad product adoption
Present results and future-work proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives
Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to inform cross-Palantir product offerings
Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations worldwide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Top Secret Clearance
Eligibility and willingness to obtain SCI
Ability to travel 25–75%, varying by location and team
Extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments
Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow
Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus
