About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own process and workflow optimization by identifying inefficiencies and gaps in forecasting, reporting, and deal-tracking processes
Develop and implement improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and cross-team collaboration
Lead automation initiatives, build dashboards and reporting tools, and reduce ad hoc analysis
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency across Sales Finance processes
Partner with Finance Systems and Engineering teams as needed
Turn ad hoc Revenue strategy and performance requests from leadership into scalable workflows
Provide immediate analytical support and build repeatable processes and tools
Support the Deal Desk team during peak activity periods, particularly quarter-end close
Streamline and improve closeout workflows and ensure timeliness and accuracy
Collaborate with the forecasting team to integrate process improvements with weekly execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
3+ years in finance operations, process improvement, systems implementation, or sales operations
Comfortable operating in both strategic and tactical modes—designing improvements and executing operationally
High ownership and execution bias; personal accountability for solutions from conception through implementation
