About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support deployments and pilot projects for global customers
- Act as a first responder when deployment or project issues arise
- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and streamline workflows
- Track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate customer needs
- Collaborate creatively with teams to complete projects

Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to travel 25-75%, varying by location and team
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
- Extraordinary judgment and composure in high-pressure situations
- Creative approach to project management using lightweight frameworks
- Proven track record of developing effective, collaborative customer relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail, including accurate records and tracking key project metrics
- Enthusiasm for working on site with customers and/or supporting internal projects and senior leadership
