About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and develop the integrated marketing plan for the Central Eastern Europe region
  • Translate EMEA marketing strategy, business priorities, market dynamics, and customer insights into a data-driven approach that drives pipeline and growth
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors as a trusted marketing advisor
  • Use market, customer, and pipeline insights to shape regional go-to-market priorities and identify growth opportunities
  • Define and lead integrated omnichannel programs across digital, social, partner, executive, and in-person experiences
  • Generate new sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen engagement across strategic accounts and buying centers
  • Shape customer and executive engagement through account-based marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership
  • Develop joint marketing strategies with key channel partners
  • Guide co-marketing investments and ensure programs align with regional priorities and measurable business outcomes
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Channel, and EMEA Marketing teams
  • Own measurement and optimization of regional marketing performance using data, attribution, AI, and pipeline insights
  • Share regional insights and best practices and build relationships across sales, partners, customers, and thought-leadership communities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or another fast-paced environment
  • Experience across field, demand generation, and channel marketing
  • Ability to translate business and marketing strategies into regional marketing plans and measurable business outcomes
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior sales and business stakeholders
  • Experience developing integrated and omnichannel marketing programs across digital, social, partner, executive, and in-person channels
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and C-level engagement
  • Experience in partner and demand generation programs, including joint marketing planning, MDF management, pipeline development, attribution, and ROI measurement
  • Ability to operate independently in a matrixed environment, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing business needs, and develop solutions to complex regional marketing challenges
  • Experience using AI-driven marketing tools, CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce and Marketo, and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional CEE language is a plus
  • Must not require immigration sponsorship; work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
