About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the leading expert on AI Security services
Guide customers in securing AI and ML pipelines from development through runtime
Lead customer-facing projects deploying and operationalizing the Prisma AIRS suite
Establish standardized methodologies for securing AI and LLM technologies
Design and implement security solutions against LLM threats such as model poisoning, prompt injection, and data evasion
Develop and deliver technical workshops, best-practice guides, runbooks, training, and strategic recommendations
Create and maintain technical documentation, delivery templates, and reusable intellectual property
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape AI security products
Provide field feedback to Product, GTM, and Engineering teams and support beta testing
Serve as a trusted advisor and troubleshoot complex customer and product issues
Develop standardized deployment processes to improve consistency and customer time-to-value
Travel to Palo Alto Networks offices for workshops and potentially customer sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/training/experience
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms architecture and security solution development using Azure, AWS, and GCP
Experience with cloud networking, LLM applications, and automation
Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the MLOps lifecycle
Solid understanding of Large Language Models and AI application security challenges
Experience in AI Security, adversarial ML techniques, AI red teaming, or securing ML pipelines is a significant differentiator
Proficiency in Python and Terraform for scripting and automation
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a key differentiator
Strong background in network security concepts including routing, stateful inspection, encapsulation, SSL/TLS, IPSec, and decryption
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience developing and delivering technical workshops and training sessions
Strong consulting acumen and trusted-advisor capability
Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, best-practice guides, runbooks, and delivery templates
Ability to create reusable intellectual property
Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering
Skill in gathering, synthesizing, and articulating field feedback
Experience developing and implementing standardized deployment processes and methodologies
Willingness to travel 30–40% to Palo Alto Networks offices and potentially customer sites
