About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute complex XSIAM platform deployment projects for enterprise clients
- Create bespoke playbooks and automation workflows for customer security challenges
- Create custom correlations with log events to achieve security use cases
- Serve as the go-to XSIAM subject matter expert for customers and internal teams
- Identify root causes of technical issues and develop solutions
- Guide junior team members and transfer knowledge
- Contribute to methodologies, playbooks, and best practices for the XSIAM Professional Services portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years extensive experience in deploying and managing SIEM platforms, including log parsing, correlation, and strategy
- Extensive experience in deploying and managing EDR/XDR/Endpoint platforms and agents
- Experience with Linux systems administration
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for custom integrations and advanced playbook development
- Advanced understanding of APIs and ability to integrate XSIAM with security tools and infrastructure components
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex security use cases
- Strong foundation in security concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards
- Proven track record of leading large-scale XSIAM platform deployments for enterprise clients
- Architectural expertise in designing scalable, secure, and performance-optimized XSIAM solutions
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and their security services
- Deep understanding of incident response processes, including triage, investigation, and remediation
