About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full responsibility for managing complex SAP transformation and digitalization projects for major clients in the retail and consumer goods sectors
- Manage projects at both the business and technology levels, including budget responsibility, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Act as the central point of contact at C-level and management levels
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to a team of consultants
- Actively develop talent and foster a progressive culture
- Drive service development and shape innovative consulting approaches
- Promote consulting approaches through networks, conferences, and digital platforms
- Support the entire sales process, from initial contact and pitch management through project completion
- Contribute to the company’s internal development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in managing complex software implementations or large-scale IT projects holistically, including SAP and non-SAP projects
- Solid understanding of SAP; deep technical expertise is not required
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales drive
- Extensive professional experience in IT, strategy, or management consulting
- Experience with the dynamics of consulting, collaborative client engagement, and a project-based performance culture
- Strong professional leadership skills
- Disciplinary management experience is preferred
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or related industries is preferred
- Fluent German at native-speaker level
- Good command of English
