About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise families by phone about PALU and support them through to their purchase decision
  • Call leads who have already expressed interest in PALU, for example after ordering color samples

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent German, both spoken and written
  • Experience working by phone, whether in sales, support, or consulting
  • Enjoy selling without being pushy
  • A calm, approachable manner, even when a call becomes challenging
  • Independent and reliable work style
  • Set, predictable working hours each week
  • A plus, but not required: personal experience with young children
