About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct all nursing service activities for the assigned facility
- Make recommendations for staff/patient ratios
- Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for appropriate nursing care
- Develop and implement nursing service policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active RN License in the state
- Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required
- Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required, regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters)
- Three years of experience in nursing management preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN)
