Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct all nursing service activities for the assigned facility
  • Make recommendations for staff/patient ratios
  • Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staffing for appropriate nursing care
  • Develop and implement nursing service policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active RN license in the state of Ohio
  • Master’s degree, or active progression toward a Master’s degree, is required
  • Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience required, regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s)
  • Three years of experience in nursing management preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS required
  • Certification in a specified field preferred, such as CNE, CRRN, CCRN, or PCCN
